According to Kerr this is a set of 3 surcharges. Kerr is not sure
about the village name but
T'ou-tao-kou seems the most likely.
This set does not appear in Chan. T'ou-tao-kou appears in Fisher but not on my maps. I can find towns called Santowkow and Laotowkow near Chientao (Yenki). There was a post office called T'ou-tao-kou in Hsinking so perhaps it was there. These are the only stamps known for this location. |
