  This is a set of 5 values although Kerr suspects the existence of a 30f buff. This may or may not exist, it is not mentioned in Chan.

  This is a set of 4 surcharges of which only 2 are listed in Kerr. The stamps feature a distinctive hard purple surcharge the full width of the stamp. Chan lists 5Y on 12f and 10Y on 12f as part of this set, these were unknown to Kerr.

These stamps have been identified by using Volume II of the Stamp Catalogue of China by Shui-Hon Chan and the four booklet guide The Local Overprinted Stamps of Manchuria 1945-7 by Allen D Kerr (published 1978 and now out of print). Both works are essential for anyone delving seriously into this subject.
