This is a set of 13 stamps with a red overprint. Kerr's description is confusing because he includes a blue 5f surcharge in this set and then describes a separate set with blue surcharges - without explaining why the blue 5f is not part of that set - curious (unless he meant the blue/black variety of the 5f stamp). I have grouped them by colour - see below. | ||||||||
This is a four stamp set with the same overprint as above, but in black None of these stamps are recognised by Chan. | ||||||||

The 3f in this set is not listed by Kerr, the 5f is mentioned above and with the exception of the 5f none of these stamps appear in Chan. It may be that more values exist to be discovered. | ||||||||

These stamps have been identified by using Volume II of the Stamp Catalogue of China by Shui-Hon Chan and the four booklet guide The Local Overprinted Stamps of Manchuria 1945-7 by Allen D Kerr (published 1978 and now out of print). Both works are essential for anyone delving seriously into this subject. | ||||||||
