This features a very hard purple surcharge over the Chang Chun set of overprinted 10f stamps. The complete set is shown above. Kerr lists the second stamp as having a 5Y surcharge, but the surcharge looks like 2Y to me. |

Both works are essential for anyone delving seriously into this subject. |
