  Another soft pale blue black surcharge, hard to distinguish. This is a complete set of 6 values. The four characters read 中華民國 Chinese Republic below is the surcharge.

Kerr notes that the colour of the above overprint is very variable and can appear in violet black, black, blue/black or grey.

  This is a hard black overprint that Kerr reports is only known on covers (this copy has traces of a postmark). The overprint reads 郵政 Chinese Post, Temporary Use. Additional values have been seen in a thick black ink, these are probably fake.  
         
         
       
         
  This is a soft purple overprint reading 郵政 Chinese Post.

These stamps have been identified by using Volume II of the Stamp Catalogue of China by Shui-Hon Chan and the four booklet guide The Local Overprinted Stamps of Manchuria 1945-7 by Allen D Kerr (published 1978 and now out of print). Both works are essential for anyone delving seriously into this subject.
